Awards:
We were recently named to a select group of Bernina Dealers named as "Mentor Dealers." We council new dealers in their store operations.
In 2002, we were named the District's Dealer of the Year Award. The District includes Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico!
Our store has been named Dealer of the Year by Bernina on four separate occasions. We stand as one of the consulting dealers with Bernina on product development. We also have been selected as one of the "Prime Care," Business's for aid beyond the call of duty in servicing our customers. We're fortunate enough to have many of our organization recognized for their expertise in their related fields including the following: Scott Noble (independent Sewing Dealers), Joyce (Miele expert), and Terry (certified Repair Technician for Bernina, Elna, Pfaff, and Viking, and master computer technician).
We also are active participants with the following charitable organizations. The Los Alamitos Women's Shelter, Quilter's by the Sea, The American Lung Association, Catholic Charities Organization, Knitters for Babies in Need, American Cancer Society, Long Beach Little League, St. Mary's Hospice and Long Beach Symphony Foundation.
